found this by accident
right click on the file, go to properties - then "layout" tab
first put the width and height under "window size" to "1" (thats the second one down)
then, in the section "window position" uncheck "let system position window"
now put the "top" value up as high as you need to (into the thousands works)
click apply.
basically it put the window below the screen so you can't see it when it runs.
